Julie was called to the English Bar in 1995 and to the Singapore Bar in 1996, and has been in practice since. In her early years she also handled criminal and civil proceedings alongside family law. For more than a quarter of a century she has practised family law, and today she practises it exclusively. She is also a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public.
